Open House

Yeah, for Open Houses.  I love having the freedom to go look at a home without having to call and make arrangements, and feeling like I have to make some sort of a commitment.  Our open house is November 3, at 3 pm.  We'll go until things die off.  You can call before you come if you  would like to make sure we are still here.  520-891-7291

The address is 15745 S. Camino Del Dragon, Sahuarita, AZ 85629

I hope to see many smiling faces, because you will LOVE this house.  Everyone does!!

Den/Bedroom 4

When we purchased this house it was listed as a 4 bedroom so that's what I'm calling it, though technically the fourth bedroom is a den because there is no door. This is one of my favorite rooms (though truly they all are)  It has served as a crafting sewing home-school, office.  How's that for multi-tasking?!

Master Bath

The Master Bath is also very spacious, it has a jetted tub, walk-in closet, closed of toilette area, and a separate shower.  About a year ago we upgraded the bathroom cabinet.

Master Bedroom

As you can see the master bedroom is very spacious.  We have a Cal. king bed, dresser, chair, and a couple of nightstands.  There is plenty of room for more furniture if you need.

Here is a link to the flyer I made for the house.  Feel free to download or share or both!  I think I forgot to mention previously that we are open to buyers with agents.  Thanks for looking!

Community

This community is incredible.  You have several very good elementay school choices, and if you choose to homeschool you have an excellent homeschool community.  The club house as a water park (yes you read right WATER PARK!), and play ground, day care, fitness center and classes, dance studio.  There is also a small lake and several playgrounds scattered through out.  Soccer and baseball two pretty big deals for the kids around here and we've really enjoyed getting to know people through our extra-curricular activities.

Backyard

I LOVE our backyard.  When we first moved into this house I was a bit apprehensive about having a pool.  Especially because it was not fenced at the time.  I quickly had a pool fence installed and have had no worries since that time.  I have really enjoyed the pool.  It is a self-cleaning salt water pool which is 4 feet at one end and 8 feet on the other.  The pool fence can be completely removed, or  you can just open and remove one sections.

We have an Elm, and a Magnolia, as well as a Mediteranean Palm tree that hides the pool pump.  The sprinkler system is on a timer.
